Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are seeking an experienced Deployment Leader with strong expertise in Salesforce CRM to manage end-to-end deployment activities. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Salesforce releases while ensuring high-quality delivery, minimal risk, and alignment with business objectives
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce deployment and release management activities.
• Plan and manage release schedules across multiple environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod).
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and DevOps teams.
• Ensure smooth code migration using CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
• Manage deployment risks, rollback strategies, and release documentation.
• Oversee change management and ensure compliance with governance processes.
• Monitor post-deployment performance and resolve production issues.
• Drive continuous improvement in release and deployment processes
Must-Have Skills:
7+ years in Digital delivery and/or Program/Project Management and/or Consulting
Strong foundations on ERP technologies (SAP & Oracle) and integration frameworks.
Knowledge of CPQ and Service Execution platforms (esp Salesforce).
Business Analyst experience preferred.

Good-to-Have Skills:
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, or DevOps-related).
• Experience with Copado, Gearset, or Flosum deployment tools.
• Knowledge of integration concepts (APIs, middleware).
• Experience in handling large-scale or multi-org Salesforce implementations.
• Familiarity with data migration and environment management.
