Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are seeking a skilled Capability Bus Analyst with expertise in Salesforce Services, specifically within Bridge Field Services. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless integration, optimization, and delivery of Salesforce-based field service solutions
Responsibilities:
• Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
• Good understanding of Bridge Field Services capabilities and workflows.
• Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation.
• Knowledge of integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Must-Have Skills:
• 7+ years in Digital delivery and/or Program/Project Management and/or Consulting
• SAP expertise across service contracts, sales orders, billing, logistics, and finance modules. Deeper understanding of configurations and table setup.
• ERP functional knowledge, including service execution, inventory, and financial flows.
• Hands on experience with Salesforce Field Service / bFS and its end to end integrations with ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of API, middleware, and interface integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle.
• Practical exposure to Oracle CPQ (configuration, pricing logic, quoting flows, ERP touchpoints).
• Ability to design and validate bFS–SAP process flows, including master data, transactional sync, and error handling.
• Skilled in writing user stories, functional specs, BRDs, and acceptance criteria for complex service scenarios.

Good-to-Have Skills:
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant).
• Experience with CPQ or other Salesforce Clouds.
• Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence.
• Knowledge of data migration tools and ETL processes.
