Infrastructure Support Manager

Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Support Manager to lead enterprise‑level infrastructure operations and systems administration across multiple, geographically dispersed environments. This role oversees data center operations, infrastructure maintenance, systems performance, and service delivery for mission‑critical platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical depth, and proven experience managing diverse infrastructure teams across domestic and international locations.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership and management for infrastructure operations supporting global systems and services.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations across multiple data centers and distributed technical environments.
• Ensure infrastructure services meet defined performance targets and service levels.
• Serve as the organizational service owner for infrastructure capabilities and solutions.
• Manage teams responsible for server, storage, and systems administration across varied platforms and locations.
• Improve, standardize, and optimize storage environments, including leading modernization efforts and supporting future migrations to cloud‑based solutions.
• Coordinate operational support across diverse technologies, converged server/storage platforms, and distributed technical teams.
• Ensure consistency, reliability, and security of infrastructure services across all sites.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• At least seven years of experience managing infrastructure operations, systems administration, or large‑scale IT projects for geographically distributed environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams across multiple locations with responsibilities spanning infrastructure, systems, and applications.
•Top Secret‑level security clearance

Preferred Qualifications
• At least three years of experience leading teams that support full lifecycle projects and operations for Windows and Linux systems.
• Experience directing projects involving MS SQL Server and Oracle database environments.
• At least five years of experience in data center operations, including troubleshooting server farms, networking equipment, and storage solutions such as Cisco routers/switches, firewalls, and NetApp/Dell EMC platforms.
