Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow HAM solutions to effectively manage hardware assets across their lifecycle
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop ServiceNow HAM solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Implement and customize ServiceNow modules related to Hardware Asset Management.
• Manage end-to-end asset lifecycle including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
• Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (ERP, procurement, discovery tools).
• Ensure data accuracy, asset tracking, and compliance.
• Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams
Must-Have Skills:
The client is looking for a hands-on ServiceNow developer (not HAM operations).
• Must have strong scripting experience –
o Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Glide API.
• Experience building scoped applications and automation using Flow Designer / Integration Hub (preferably custom actions or spokes).
• Must have implemented REST/SOAP integrations end-to-end.
• HAM/ITAM exposure required but through automation (asset lifecycle states, refresh, EOL/EOS, exception handling) and ability to deliver independently with minimal ramp-up.

Good-to-Have Skills:
• • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator / Application Developer certification.
• Experience with Software Asset Management (SAM) module.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB management.
• Exposure to IntegrationHub and third-party integrations.
• Experience in asset lifecycle automation and optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and infrastructure environments.
• Experience with data migration and platform upgrades.
• Understanding of procurement and inventory management processes.
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
