Working Student in Customer Contract Management Function (m/f/d)

About the Job  

The Customer Contract Management (CCM) function is a part of the Finance area with a direct reporting line to the General Counsel of Allianz Technology. Our function is central, and as such it supports and drives both the central organization, as well as many local organizations towards the standardization of intragroup contractual agreements. The function provides centrally steered contract management. Our global, multicultural team is an important enabler for selling and delivering Allianz Technology IT services to the entities of Allianz Group.

What you do 

• You will gain insights into different elements in the intragroup contract lifecycle (e.g., strategic, legal, risk management, accounting, tax); and contractual standards, processes, and knowledge management, and support the CCM team in various day-to-day activities and tasks related to those.
• You will support contract and amendment creation, and process the documents via the contracting and signature tool throughout the whole contract lifecycle - from contract creation to contract signing and/or termination.
• For the use cases shared by the team, you will research and discover AI solutions via the Allianz internal GPT, GenAI Lab or approved external tools to automate contracts and improve team productivity.
• You will support the enablement and promotion of AI solutions within the function.
• You are responsible for structuring and making information available, maintaining data registers and overviews, as well as retention, analysis and automation of data.

What you bring

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related area.
• Excellent spoken and written English; German is a plus.
• Excellent MS Office skills, with focus on Excel, data analytics and automation.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, open-minded, and curious to learn.
• Passionate about AI; experience is a plus.
• Understanding of IT services is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.

You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position (16-20 h/week) for a period of ideally 6 months or longer.
