The Opportunity
Allianz plc is looking for a Property Claims Handler to join the Property & PA Claims Team. Reporting directly to the Property & PA Claims Manager, the successful candidate will uphold exceptional standards of customer service through the high-quality and efficient management of policyholders' claims.

Key Responsibilities:
Uphold exceptional standards of customer service through the high-quality and efficient management of policyholders' claims.
Registration, handling, and settlement of both household and commercial property damage claims.
Ensure precise and comprehensive documentation of all transactions and decisions.
Maintain strict adherence to company quality standards.
Comply with financial services authority requirements for claims handling.
Achieve agreed targets related to settlement rates, call responses, and case completions.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to obtain and provide critical information necessary for service excellence and effective claims cost management.
Identify and escalate potential fraud cases by recognizing fraud indicators and referring them to the Fraud Investigation Unit (FIU).
Adhere to established recovery procedures for any property recovery or potential recovery cases.
Key Requirements / Skills & Experience
Essential:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Insurance Claims handling or Underwriting with previous exposure to Property Claims
Completed an APA, CIP or a relevant insurance qualification to meet MCC requirements*
Skilled communicator with ability to work on initiative and manages own time effectively
Desirable:
