About the role

• Managing a portfolio of Referral Partnership partners (Mortgage Brokers and Real Estate Agents)
• Training and developing Referral Partnership partners in best referral practices
• Gaining commitment to common goals on insurance growth within a partner's business
• Liaising with internal stakeholders such as Management, Account Managers and Underwriters
• Sales of general insurance products to Referral Partnership partners and customers

About you

• Experienced in liaising with mortgage brokers and outbound referrals
• Experienced in guiding projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring outcomes are sustainable, resource-conscious, and aligned with shared goals.
• Comfortable navigating complexity with a calm, solutions-focused mindset in order to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to foster and maintain strong relationships
• Strong sales focus and results-driven.
• Proven ability to be a team player as well as the ability to work autonomously.
• A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape
