We have a fantastic opportunity for a Web Optimisation Executive to join our family of talented people in the Sales Optimisation team.
As a Web Optimisation Executive, you will be working on the market-leading Petplan brand, this is an important digital role focused on direct online acquisition journeys. Your primary role is to deliver our optimisation plan to improve conversion of prospect traffic.
Key Accountabilities:

Execute the optimisation roadmap to increase conversion of pet and equine online prospects in line with sales targets.

Use Adobe Test & Target platform to deliver test and learn activity and quantify impact.
·
Collaborate with internal teams such as Technical and Regulatory Standards to ensure impact of any changes are well considered.

Work closely with the Web Analyst to gather insight from the analytics toolkit (GA, Content Square) allowing optimisation based on data driven insight.
·
Support and manage web chat journey and sales by reviewing insights, developing chat bot messaging and working closely with the Sales Team.
·
Support the delivery of web changes by working with the web agency and internal teams (IT, UAT, Product Owners) to ensure they go live defect free.
·
Act as digital expert to support the wider Marketing team to ensure effective delivery of other online projects.
About You

Essential Skills
·
Strong digital marketer with experience in delivering successful online optimisation programmes
·
Experience of deploying AB/multivariate testing in an Ecommerce environment. Use of Adobe Target an advantage
·
Experience of working with external agencies
·
Good working knowledge of web analytics
·
Good communication skills and collaborative approach
·
Educated to degree level
·
Stakeholder management
·
Strong external outlook and a passion for digital
Desirable Skills:
·
Experience in a Financial Service environment with insurance experience
·
Experience with onsite Webchat / Chat Bot systems and journey

The role will be based at Allianz Ditton Park, Riding Court Road, Datchet SL3 9LL.Our office with flex model means that you will have the opportunity to work from home as well as the office. As a hybrid worker you will be in the office between 2 and 16 days per month depending on individual and business need. This will be discussed at interview stage
