What you do:
You will work with Distribution partners in the executive of field events including exploration and use of new technologies. Become an expert in event technologies and implementation. You will oversee all virtual components of Field Development programing including walk throughs and execution of virtual events. Responsible for overall calendar management for DSD team and events. You will report to the AVP Relationship Management.
· Support all components of DSD programs that support and drive sales with a specific focus on the virtual and in person execution of Field Development events. Use new technology to create virtual experiences for attendees
· Maintain department calendar and manage travel arrangements; Miscellaneous support activities for Department head
· Act as coordinator of departmental projects, following up on pending details, coordinating project team activities, manage project documentation and ensuring deadlines are met. Communicate and anticipate potential breakdowns in any existing process. You will be responsible to recommend and implement improvements to the process. Collaborate with other teammates, creation/updates to procedures and sharing best practice ideas to benefit the team.
What you bring:
· 4+ years experience required: 4 years project coordinator/management
· Two-year degree required or equivalent work experience
