Job description
We are looking for a Senior Administrative Project Coordinator. This role can be based in our Alpharetta, Chicago, O’Fallon or New York offices. This role can also be remote, if not located near our office locations.
Your Team
The Executive Support team provides an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical service to the Senior Executive, helping to manage and prioritize time.
The Impact You Will Have
Reporting to the VP, Regional Head of Claims you will provide comprehensive project coordination and administrative support to ensure the effective execution of strategic initiatives within the organization. You will serve as a key liaison between the senior executive's office and various stakeholders across Allianz Commercial North America.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:
Lead and coordinate projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met, as well as tracking progress and reporting on project status to the senior executive and relevant stakeholders.
Developing and preparing presentation materials and reports for meetings and events, utilizing advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
Organizing and scheduling meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Plan and execute internal events such as team meetings, offsites, and company-wide events, collaborating with Market Management as needed.
Manage routine communications and correspondence on behalf of the senior executive, filtering information and highlighting urgent matters.
Provide administrative support, including management of a calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling logistical tasks.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
A minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support;
Demonstrable experience managing projects and supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment;
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, particularly with PowerPoint;
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously;
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
Ability to filter information, assess priorities and work independently;
Ability to anticipate and foresee needs, proactively addressing them before they arrive, in an effective, appropriate and sensitive manner.
Ability to effectively absorb information from various sources, then analyze, study or examine data in detail, and draw appropriate conclusions; and
Degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- A basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its potential applications in business is essential.
The annualized base pay range for this role is $61,473 - $92,945. The annual base salary range represents a nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position may be above and will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component of the AzC total compensation package. As part of our comprehensive compensation and highly rated benefits programs, employees are also eligible for annual performance-based cash incentive awards.
