About the Job

Join our dynamic Recruiting team at Allianz Technology and be part of shaping the future of our diverse and talented workforce! As part of our team, you will lead student recruiting initiatives, contribute to impactful projects that contribute to our organization’s goals, all while fostering your own personal and professional growth in a dynamic international environment.

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential students, guiding them through the recruitment process and helping them understand the unique opportunities available at Allianz Technology. You'll have the chance to collaborate with colleagues across the globe, gaining insights and experiences that will enrich your career journey.

 

What you do

· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Interns and Students, from initial candidate sourcing to final selection, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all involved.

· Provide support to Hiring Managers across various levels, including up to the Executive Member offices, to identify and select the most promising candidates.

· Partner with departments across Allianz Technology to conduct interviews and get a holistic overview of all our practice areas.

· Serve as the primary touchpoint for prospective Students and Interns, guiding them through each stage of the recruitment process and maintaining clear and effective communication.

· Continuously seek innovative ways to enhance candidate communication and streamline the hiring process, ensuring an exceptional experience for all stakeholders.

· Actively participate in various projects, such as Neuro@Work, the Trainee Program, Pupil Internship, and building connections with universities, contributing to initiatives that enhance our workforce.

· Implementing AI solutions to optimize daily recruitment activities, improving efficiency and candidate experience through technology-driven processes.

 

What you bring

· Currently enrolled as a student in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.

· At least B2 level of German to be able to communicate with Workers Council smoothly and English as it is our primary language.

· A genuine enthusiasm for identifying and attracting top talents to join our teams, with a keen eye for recognizing potential fit within our organization.

· A quick learner who is open to feedback and self-reflection, constantly seeking ways to improve and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

· Strong ability to connect and communicate across cultures, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.

· Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive approach to taking responsibility and driving initiatives forward.

· Proficient in MS Office programs, enabling efficient management of tasks and communication.

 

What we offer

  • 6 months internship
  • Part time: Monday to Friday, 09am-2pm
  • A modern and open space office located in Barcelona (Poblenou)
