About the Job
As a Commercial Service Manager, you will take ownership of key commercial services within the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across third-party risk management, provisions and accruals, pricing, planning, and service cluster forecasting. You’ll collaborate closely with both internal teams and external partners to deliver accurate, compliant, and strategic outcomes that support the company’s goals
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and has a keen eye for detail in managing complex commercial processes.
What you do
• Conduct thorough assessments of third-party risks and ensure proper documentation and approval of contracts and licenses.
• Communicate and coordinate with finance and controlling teams to manage provisions and accruals accurately.
• Generate and review monthly quotes, ensuring billing accuracy through the true-up/true-down and O2I billing processes.
• Develop and maintain pricing strategies, analyzing market trends and customer needs.
• Ensure accurate planning of infrastructure, labor, and additional costs, collaborating with relevant teams.
• Review and forecast service clusters in collaboration with Operating Entities and business owners, providing actionable insights.
• Advise and support internal teams on applying platform capabilities and processes effectively for efficient execution.
What you bring
• Strong understanding of third-party risk management, pricing strategies, and financial processes
• Proven experience in commercial service management or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related fie
• German language will be beneficial
• (Generative) Artificial Intelligence or GenAI or A
