What you do

云平台架构设计与优化： 负责企业混合云/公有云架构规划、部署及持续优化，确保高可用性与成本可控； 设计并实施云资源（计算、存储、网络）自动化管理方案，提升运维效率。

业务迁移与实施： 主导或参与企业业务系统从本地到云端的从0到1迁移项目，制定迁移方案并落地实施； 解决迁移过程中的技术难点，确保业务平滑过渡与数据一致性。

云平台运维管理： 负责云资源日常监控、故障排查、性能调优及容量规划； 完善运维体系，包括日志分析、灾备方案设计、安全合规审计等。

技术赋能与协作： 编写技术文档、操作手册，协助开发团队完成云原生应用适配； 跟踪云技术发展趋势，推动新技术在业务场景中的实践应用。 

What you bring

专业背景： 统招本科及以上学历，计算机、云计算、网络工程等相关专业； 具备混合云（如IDC+腾讯云/(AWS)/阿里云混合架构）环境设计或运维经验； 3年以上云平台运维经验，至少参与过1个完整云迁移项目。

技术能力： 精通至少一家主流云平台（AWS/Azure/阿里云/腾讯云），熟悉云产品体系（如ECS、VPC、OSS、K8S等）； 有大规模容器化集群或微服务架构运维经验； 掌握自动化运维工具（Ansible/Terraform等），具备Shell/Python脚本开发能力； 熟悉监控告警体系搭建（Zabbix/Prometheus/Grafana等），了解DevOps实践。

加分项： 云认证：持有腾讯云（TCP-Advanced）、AWS认证解决方案架构师（如SAA/AWS Certified Solutions Architect）、阿里云ACP/ACE认证或其他主流云厂商高级认证； 腾讯云TCE/TKE使用经验，或持有腾讯云高级工程师认证（如TCP-Advanced）； 熟悉FinOps理念，具备云成本优化实战经验。

软性素质： 具备强烈责任心与抗压能力，能独立主导技术方案落地； 逻辑清晰，擅长技术文档编写与跨部门协作沟通； 英文听说读写优秀。
