Job description

Main Responsibilities:
- Prospect & client meeting preparation :
- Collecting underwriting information for the preparation of the offers of Multinationals
- Giving support on the preparation for commercial approval (ledger matching and pre-check file in co-ordination with RRM, BUC, pricing, underwriting authority...)
- Assembling of proposal accompanying documents, presentations / offers, records
- Preparing the draft of the Master Agreement
- At acquisition of the client, performing data quality check on internal forms prior to processing, liaising with the Operation Desk and coordinating workflow to secure timely execution and data quality issues.
- Ensuring quality and reliability of the "Pluriform" contract database, in particular by closing properly 'dead' prospects.
- Processing requests to proper recipients; interacting with other core function (i.e. Risk, PA, MMCD) and other MNC regions
- Prepare fronting calculations and issue fronting documents to fronters
- Assisting in CRM - related task completion (data mining, follow-up on sales initiatives and campaigns, ensuring quality and reliability of the MNC prospect database, update pipeline management tool ...)
- Relieving Sales team from everyday administrative duties
- Under the daily supervision of a Sales Director
Job Requirement:
- Strong knowledge of the credit insurance industry, market dynamics, and regulatory environment
- Experience in managing multichannel operations and navigating regional/multinational markets
- Skilled in network building, negotiation, and lead conversion
- Proven ability to meet goals through organization and self-motivation
- Basic project management experience
- Excellent communication skills across cultures and organizational levels
- Comfortable working in a matrix structure
- Proficient in MS Office and quick to adopt new systems
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
