Role Description

 

We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to oversee the management, optimisation and enhancements for all Allianz Pet brochureware websites, including Petplan.co.uk.

 

In this role, you’ll be passionate about growing an already successful web estate and act as the key contact relating to content management, site performance and user experience. You’ll be confident in using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and collaborating cross functionally to ensure content is up to date and well-structured within a content management system.

 

Location: Datchet, Ditton Park

 

Salary Information

 

Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package. This role offers a range of £42.5 to £45k

 

 

About You

 

In performing this role, your core duties and responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

 

  • Content Management: Responsible for collaborating with multiple teams to ensure their content requirements are published on our websites on time.
  • Website Governance: Ensure websites adhere to brand guidelines, accessibility standards and SEO best practice.  
  • User Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with Web Optimisation and UX leads to utilise insights from Content Square for improving site navigation and usability.
  • Technical optimisation: Work collaboratively with SEO Lead to ensure web best practice is followed to improve crawlability, indexability, and ranking potential by search engines.

 

Essential Skills

 

  • Understanding of Adobe Experience Manager
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Confident in working independently and making informed decisions
  • Understanding of web analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and basic web design principles
  • Effective team player with strong collaborative skills
  • Open to feedback and uses it constructively to enhance work quality

 

 

Desirable Skills

 

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or other graphic design tools can be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of video editing software and digital asset creation tools like Canva
  • Experience using Generative AI tools such as onsite Webchat / Chat Bot systems and journey is desirable but not essential
