About the role

  • Nurture collaborative relationships with IT functions to provide insights on Australian operations and understand changes impacting areas of responsibility
  • Foster partnerships with business units to provide financial support for budget management and monitoring
  • Guide and facilitate the branch annual planning process while supporting business partners in budget formulation
  • Create insightful variance analysis across the Profit & Loss on a monthly basis and develop financial reports using designated tools
  • Support team initiatives by contributing to Allianz Group projects, including Gearshift and IT Economics, while ensuring accounting standards adherence.

 

About you

  • Highly collaborative communication style, focusing on working effectively with diverse team members and fostering commitment through participation
  • Strong emphasis on problem-solving abilities paired with curiosity and creative thinking
  • Experience in financial management reporting with analytical skills to interpret complex data and extract meaningful insights
  • Ability to adapt to change through organisational transformation, leveraging effective processes and communication
  • Technical proficiency in financial systems (SAP, Excel, PowerBI) combined with the ability to create reports and dashboards for decision-making
  • A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
