You'll be responsible for:
Conduct Claims Technical Quality Review for assigned type of claims and/or line of business.
Prepare detailed working papers that evidence work performed, issues discovered and recommendations for improvement.
Continuously collaborate with Claims Management to develop actionable improvement plans, specifying tasks, resources, and timelines for enhancing claims processes.
Facilitate, support, and monitor the execution of improvement plans, ensuring measurable outcomes.
Assist and support in system development and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enhancement projects within Claims Division.
Important to your success:
Degree/Diploma in Law/Insurance/Actuarial/Statistic/Business or other relevant fields.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Knowledge in General Insurance and or claims operation will be an added advantage.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Excellent writing skills to document, report and communicate findings to the Claims Managers.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet navigation.
