Job description

Join Allianz Partners' Global Home Operations as an Operations Project Manager, where you'll play a key role in connecting Operations with global supporting functions to ensure strategic alignment, harmonization, and performance excellence.

 

What you do

 

Transformation:

·  Drive integration and transformation projects (e.g., Repair in Kind, Home Emergency).
·  Foster digital adoption (e.g., chatbots, portals) and support IT tool rollouts.
·  Act as the main liaison between local Operations and global transformation teams.

Performance Management:

·  Analyze and leverage performance data to enhance operational KPIs.
·  Support local teams with performance reviews and improvement plans.

Compliance & Fraud:

·  Lead compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to global standards and audits.
·  Implement and monitor best practices for fraud prevention and reporting.

Quality & Training:

·  Bridge global QT strategies with local operations and maintain best practice documentation.
·  Monitor customer feedback (VoC) to define improvement actions.

Community & People Engagement:

·  Build and engage a community of experts, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
·  Support operational leaders with project management, visibility, and KPI achievement.
 

What you bring

·  Bachelor's in Management, Economics, or Business, with at least 5 years in project management, consulting, or operations.
·  Proven track record in leading projects, implementing digital initiatives, and driving process improvements.
·  Fluency in English & French (spoken/written); German or Spanish is a plus.
·  Advanced PowerPoint and Excel proficiency.
·  Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management across all organizational levels.
·  Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented.
