.As a Technical Test Manager, you are responsible for overseeing and executing the technical aspects of testing activities within our organization. You will work closely with project managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the quality and reliability of our products/services from a technical testing perspective. Your primary responsibilities will include.  It is a part time position: 4 hours/day.

 

What you do

· 
You cover the ownership of cleaning up technical depths of the area by leading project / activities of the changes and helping the organization to shift to agile methodology 

· 
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-maintained, refined, and prioritized according to business needs from test management perspective.  

· 
Having end-to-end responsibility to the service provided to customer (Allianz Hungary) for test management activities  

· 
Taking part of service design projects and managing deliveries with the customer and external parties  

· 
Monitoring and controlling project development, providing trend analysis, and maintaining project data, offering recommendations for improving project management processes,   

· 
Develop and implement test strategies, plans and processes for software projects 

· 
Define test objectives, scope and approach for software project 

· 
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies 

· 
Leading the initiatives of decoupling technical depth solutions (e.g. Decommission local Quality Center and move to SNOW, Decommission from SNV to GitHub) 

· 
Basic knowledge in DevOPS processes and toolkit 
 

What you bring

· 
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 

· 
Proven experience in test management in processes and tools (Jira, GitHub, ServiceNow) 

· 
Proven English communication skills 

· 
Relevant certificates in testmanagement 

· 
Hungarian native / bilangular language knowledge (Customer is limited in English)
