Job role

 

Allianz Services is looking for highly motivated professionals to join the Identity and Access Management team. Curious to learn more about it? We are looking for reinforce our team as soon as possible.

 

As a Regional Service Lead for Identity and Access Management service you will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy, management and delivery of IAM service within the region you are responsible for. You will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring the service meets agreed-upon service levels and customer expectations. Your role will involve overseeing service performance, driving continuous improvements and managing the service budget. You will lead a cross-functional team, coordinate with other service owners and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Your strong leadership, technical expertise, and customer-centric approach will be essential in delivering high-quality service experiences and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

 

What you will do

 

·  Analyzing IAM requirements by conducting a thorough investigation of them to determine the appropriate IAM solutions to implement.
·  Conducting risk assessment to identify potential vulnerabilities in IAM system and developing strategies to mitigate those risks.
·  Implementation of IAM policies and procedure that adhere to industry best practices and comply with regulatory standards.
·  Collaborating with different teams (IT, Security and Business) to ensure that IAM solution align with the organization’s overall IT Strategy and business objectives.
·  Maintaining compliance ensuring that IAM solution comply with regulatory compliance requirement, such as GDPR and align with organization security policies and standards.
·  Wide responsibilities across Allianz entities in area of Identity and Access Management.
·  Strong collaboration with other teams in regards to business requirements for application onboarding.
·  Alignment concerning global processes taking into consideration the specific needs.
·  Promoting the IAM service towards Allianz entities
·  Own the customer collaboration with regards to the service delivered and understand the customer needs both in the context of Business Operations across Allianz, as well as related to the specific local regulations
·  Steer the team in delivering best services to the internal customers
·  Support the definition of the service strategy and ensure KPI adherence
·  Ensure adherence of the IAM service to all internal guidelines in the area of responsibility
·  Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the service in the region of responsibility, ensuring it meets agreed service levels and customer expectations
·  Develop and maintain service catalogs and service level agreements (SLAs)
·  Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding the service
·  Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
·  Identify opportunities for service improvements and implement changes to enhance service delivery
·  Monitor service performance metrics and drive initiatives to improve efficiency and effectivenessEnsure a customer-centric approach in all aspects of service delivery
·  Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive service improvements
·  Promoting the IAM service towards Allianz entities

 

What you bring

 

·  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) can be advantageous.
·  Proven experience in service management, service delivery, or a similar role, typically 5+ years.
·  In-Depth understanding of IAM security concepts, including access control, threat management and security operations.
·  Experience in stakeholder management and building strong relationships with clients and partners.
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex service issues.
·  Excellent verbal and written English required; additional foreign language skills are advantageous
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
·  Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
·  Ability to coordinate with other service owners to manage dependencies and impacts.
·  Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering high-quality service experiences.
·  Ability to adapt to changing business needs and environments
·  Project management experience would be a plusHigh adaptability skills to an environment which is constantly changing and developing
·  Work experience with Active Directory, CyberArk PIM, ServiceNow would be a plus
·  Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements, such as GDPR, HIPPA, PCI- DSS and ISO 27001, COBIT Framework and ability to design IAM solution that comply with these standards – this would be a plus

 

You have

 

·  Previous business experience in designing and implementing Identity and Access Management in previous organization.
·  Relevant business experience designing and architecture of Identity and access Management with business requirements and security standards in mind.
·  Understanding of data privacy and safeguarding function controls
·  Pro-active and solution-oriented behavior
·  Work experience with Active Directory, CyberArk PIM, ServiceNow would be a plus
·  Recognized certification in Identity and Access Management would be a strong plus
