Key responsibilities

 

·  Assisting in the management and enhancement of outsourcing processes
·  Supporting the analysis and implementation of operational processes for thirdparty relationships
·  Assiting in the supervision of outsourced operations to ensure compliance and performance standards are met

 

Qualification

 

·  University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Business Management, or related field of study
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
·  Proficiency in English required

 

Experience & Key skills
 

·  Minimum of 1 year of experience in Process Management, Contract Management, Third-party Management or other related roles
·  Proven abilities to interpret and translate regulatory requirements into operational processes 
·  Experience in analysing, implementing, and supervising processes
·  Ability to develop practical guidelines and templates by combining regulatory understanding with business and process knowledge
