UAT Test Analyst with Italian

Job description

Responsibilities:

·  Run functional tests/ Manual Non-Regression tests/E2E tests of applications of a specific business domain
·  Contribute to the drafting of Test Cases, when the Test Leader consider it necessary/possible
·  Run the assigned test cases following the defined test script
·  Describe in detail the test case outputs ensuring completeness and accuracy
·  Ensure that the test results are correctly loaded on the tool used (TFS or JIRA)
·  Identify borderline situation that may lead to a different test result
·  Report to the Test Leader possible improvements to test cases
·  Inform the Test Leader of any deviations between the test script and the behavior of the software so that the test can be modified
·  Ensure the necessary information to the Test Leader in order to monitor activities.

 

Requirements:

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Business Engineering / Business Technology) or in software-related technology (BCA/MCA/MS)
·  Insurance domain knowledge/certifications – will be an advantage
·  Testing tools – Quality Centre (HP QC/ALM), JIRA, Confluence is only desirable
·  Scrum & Agile knowledge, is beneficial but not mandatory.
·  ACM Fellow certified (for internal employees)
·  Good communication skills with the ability to elicit, question, probe and challenge others across the organization
·  Fluently in Italian language (written and spoken) for communication with team members of AZ Italy
·  Fluently in English language (written and spoken)

·  Insurance competencies: Priority is given to previous insurance knowledges in one or more areas among those wanted (Motor, Non-Motor, Life, Claims, Banking insurance, Technical accounting.
