The U.S. Travel Process Improvement Project Manager , reporting to the Travel End to End Process Improvement Manager, drives operational transformation through process optimization and digitalization. Focused on the Travel line of business, you will design and implement projects, foster cross-department collaboration, and ensure the use of automation and other Process Improvement solutions. Main goals include closing service delivery gaps, aligning with global targets, applying data analytics, and integrating AI-driven strategies. The Project Manager also ensures synchronization with the Global Travel team to maximize the impact of group projects in the U.S. 

 

This is a U.S. remote based position in select states where we are authorized to hire. This position requires 25% monthly travel to include internationally.

 

 

What you do/Key Responsibilities:

 

·  Implement Process Improvement strategies for U.S. Travel line of business per Allianz Partners' targets.
·  Oversee prioritized operations projects and compliance efforts.
·  Foster innovation and continuous improvement within Operations.
·  Integrate automation and digitalization to enhance customer journey and processes.
·  Use global customer journeys to boost productivity and satisfaction.
·  Use data analytics to drive process improvements and influence decision-making.
·  Ensure seamless integration of target journey, processes, and projects.
·  Lead change management for smooth adoption of new processes.
·  Monitor transformation KPIs and report to leadership.
·  Train U.S. Operations teams via train-the-trainer programs.

 

What you bring:

 

·  3-5+ years of experience in project management or product ownership.
·  Experience deploying technology/digital related solutions.
·  Detail-oriented with a strong grasp of complex operational and technical constraints.
·  Demonstrated experience producing clear documentation incorporating multiple stakeholders and integrating process mapping concepts.
·  Affinity with numbers and impact quantification, for example, abstract time reductions into precise minutes, FTE, and monetary values.
·  Skilled in following market trends on technology capabilities and creatively incorporate it into use case designs.
·  Experience communicating visually and verbally across all seniority levels.
·  Experience with conversational AI technology a plus but not required.

 

Travel Expectations:

This position requires up to 25% travel, including international trips, sometimes on short notice.
