About the role
· Execute proactive portfolio management and analysis to identify effective strategies and solutions aimed at improving client profitability.
· Develop, implement and review strategic planning and agree on performance objectives and outcomes.
· Provide performance reporting, highlight emerging trends and identify improvement strategies.
· Lead engagement and delivery with internal and external stakeholders to support the portfolio management.
· Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing portfolio and existing relationships.
· Lead key portfolio initiatives and projects.
About you
· Experience in the contemporary insurance business and its key drivers combined with the ability to mobilise the function accordingly.
· Proven strategic sales ability including effective business and project planning, negotiation skills, the ability to influence and persuade.
· Demonstrates commercial acumen by using insights related to the market, opportunities, risks and competitors within the insurance industry as well as the dynamic levers that influence these factors.
· Proficient knowledge and experience in digital sales and marketing
· Adept at proactively building and maintaining professional relationships and networks to enhance industry positioning, exchange knowledge and elicit beneficial outcomes.
· Demonstrates enthusiasm and ability to optimise business value to customers by delivering high quality services and positive customer experiences.
· Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and empower people.
· Demonstrates the ability to deliver engaging and impactful presentations.
