JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate in origination, marketing, structuring and execution of private market transactions ranging from infrastructure debt, impact debt and equity, mid-market lending and blended finance
Perform due diligence, credit analysis, build financial models and an investment thesis for each investment to be presented to the investment committee
Develop new investment product ideas and work cross functionally for the build-out of the product
Assist the team in originating new clients on a global basis across products

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

We want to hear from you, if you are:
In your penultimate/final year of university
Expect to achieve a 2.1 (or equivalent) at undergraduate level in a degree of high numeracy or analytics, preferably with a scientific or analytical subject
You achieved a minimum of 128 UCAS points from one of the following: 3 A-Levels (top 3 grades sat in the same year and first sitting over 2 years) or 5 Scottish Highers from your fifth year at school or 32 points for International Baccalaureate or 75% in your European Baccalaureate or equivalent

You should have:
A strong analytical approach and obtain great satisfaction from truly understanding concepts
Strong communication, planning and organization skills
Deep intellectual curiosity and be pro-active to finding creative solutions
Have an unquestionable commitment to integrity and ethical decision making
A passion for investing and a strong desire to learn and strive for personal development and growth
