We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Marketing Cloud MarTech Manager to join our newly established enterprise B2B team. This role will focus on establishing foundational activities to enable more advanced cross-channel communications in the future. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing our SFMC expertise, including the technical design, development, and operations of SFMC MarTech and data management.
You'll be responsible for
· Manage and oversee the technical design, development and operations of Salesforce Marketing Cloud MarTech and data capability to support campaigns and journey programs.
· Foster an agile and collaborative environment that prioritizes swift execution and continuous improvement of SFMC MarTech and data capability.
· As the SME, collaborate with the B2B One-to-One Marketing team to shape and inform the development of SFMC MarTech and data requirements to deliver 1:1 experiences.
· Work collaboratively with Customer Analytics & Personalisation to source and implement key data sources, models, and insights.
· Manage vendor relationships and performance to support and enhance B2B 1:1 marketing capability development needs.
· Lead the design, development, and governance of SFMC MarTech infrastructure and data to support B2B 1:1, including the collaboration, creation and implemented of SOPs that ensure proactive monitoring, management and quality to remove operation and reputational risks.
About you
· Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology or similar.
· In-depth technical expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
· Comprehensive understanding of campaign data principles and methodologies.
· Demonstrated experience delivering projects using agile methodologies.
· Proven ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making.
· Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes.
