Job summary
Driving the development of corporate marketing & liaise with cross function team members including Sales, Marketing, and other key stakeholdes across life and non-life to develop B2B marketing strategy. The job holder needs to lead marketing initiatives to achieve short- and long-term B2B goals, as well as to ensure the impactful marketing plans that drive awareness/preference and drive engagement with companies, organizations, small/medium busiunessm and other group business by developing digital and sale programs that drive sale revenue. Require to strengthen relationships with multi distribution channels for driving growth and demand generation, using insight to drive customer engagement measured by BU NPS result.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Development of B2B marketing strategy, detail marketing plan and manage on-going Health Strategy management:
- Develop B2B marketing strategy including marketing plan and execution to achieve B2B goal
- Prepare business case (as necessary) for B2B marketing initiative(s) and setup KPIs for measurement of sucess
- Nuture campaigns and demand generation efforts to drive awareness and interest for B2B product and services
- Nurture campaigns and demand generation efforts to drive awareness and interest for B2B product and services, as well as support industry partnerships and events
- Monitor progress on initiatives by gathering the initiatives information, and maintain the information of existing and new initiatives into database
- Prioritize and assess impact of initiatives objectively and gain alignment with multi distribution channels
- Analyze and evaluate the business impact
- Communicate to related stakeholders and cross-functional
- End-to-End monitoring and controlling of marketing plan:
- Manage and control marketing plan to ensure success of EB business
- Work with all stakeholders to ensure that the deliverables are meet business requirements, in acceptable quality, and within the specified constraints of time & cost
- Provide regular review and consolidate the status reports
- Evaluate, further analyze and consolidate initiative issue (if any) and facilitate for issue resolution generation
2. Sales material and Marketing acitivies to support and serve EB customers including:
- VDO clips
-Technical proposal for bidding
- Prepare pitching presentation and keep update the information on a timely basis (products, key selling points, value proposition, services, etc.)
- Design and implement marketing activies to support our key EB clients including renewal customers.
- Prepare communication meterials such as My Allianz / My Health manuual, EB Handbook both AZAY and AAGI both in TH and EN version, e-welcome letters, special URL content for EB Top-up promotion, etc.
- Design and prepare for EB marketing campaign launch to motivate sales especially from related AH distribution channel (end-to-end process) including monitoring and tracking the campaign performance.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related fields
Insurance knowledge is must
Experienced in Marketing Communication / Marketing Strategy / Marketing Campaign management is required
English proficiency on speaking, writing, and reading is a must
Proficiency with MS Office
Strong in presentation skills
Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage
