About the Job
A Working Student in Accounts Receivable supports the finance team by handling daily, operational, and administrative financial tasks. Key responsibilities include reconciling customer accounts, collecting and managing the Withholding Tax certificates and maintaining data accuracy in accounting systems. This role requires strong attention to detail and Expert-level proficiency in Excel.
What you do
- Perform reconciliations of customer accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collect and administrate the withholding tax certificates.
- Manage and clear partial payments within the SAP FI system.
- Identify outstanding amounts and facilitate prompt customer payments.
- Maintain effective communication regarding open items with internal teams, including account managers and accounting departments.
- Prepare and update process documentation, detailed work descriptions, and comprehensive meeting minutes.
What you bring
- Pursuing a university degree in economics, finance, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills; knowledge of German or another Asian or European language is advantageous.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and dependability.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
- Preferably, some initial experience in Accounts Receivable or Order to Cash processes.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
- You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - in a working student position - part time (16-20 h/week).
