Job Purpose/Role
- Temporary role, 24 months, preferably to start Q1/Q2 2026
- Location: Hong Kong / TBD
- Reporting to the Regional Head of C&C.
The APAC Regional C&C (Claims & Collection) ITMP Project Support will support the roll out of the new ITMP platform for Claims & Collection division. This will include both project coordination tasks as well as involvement in technical implementation of the new IT platform (testing, super user role, training for local BUs). They will be a member of Regional Team and will work closely with other Regional departments (Policy Admin, Operations, Finance) and local teams.
At the same time they will support other Claims & Collection processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the APAC Claims & Collection teams in terms of rollout of ITMP systems (Compass, IMX, ATO), including fronting.
- Coordination with the local teams and other departments for efficient technical roll out of the ITMP system.
- Project Coordination: Support regional C&C initiatives, ensuring alignment with group standards and effective local execution.
- Technical Super User: Serve as the Super User for C&C systems, offering technical support and training to APAC business units. Facilitate system testing and troubleshooting.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and consolidate regional reports, ensuring data quality and consistency.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Claims and/or Collections, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector. A background in Trade Credit Insurance (TCI) is a plus and internal candidates are preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Demonstrate a digital mindset with a passion for optimization and technical curiosity.
- Skills: Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills. A self-motivated attitude with robust problem-solving abilities and a proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
- Team Player: Be a supportive team member who takes initiative and effectively manages multiple priorities.
