IT Economics Analyst is responsible for:
- IT Spend and Benefit Controlling, i.e., maintaining required processes to conduct operational controlling of IT spend & associated benefit for Allianz Direct globally:
- IT Workforce management: internal & external personnel spend and productivity
- IT service providers spend
- Workplace, Information Security and other spend
- Business Benefits
- Budget planning
- IT Reporting, i.e., preparing and delivering regular reporting (Spend, Cost, Benefit, FTE, KPIs) for internal management purposes, as well as required reporting to various stakeholders within Allianz Group.
- IT Cost management, i.e., preparing analysis and managing cost optimization activities to maximize value of commodity technology services consumed by Allianz Direct. This includes challenging costs of internal and external service providers and developing recommendations to the CIO/ COO in accordance with financial targets.
- IT Economics process mapping and optimization, i.e. contributing to the continuous improvement and comprehensiveness of the IT Economics process landscape, as well as alignment with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Finance/Controlling of IT Service Provider or similar
- Degree in Information Technology, business administration or natural sciences
- High analytical ability, self-management skills
- Attention to details and hands-on, structured approach to work
- Strong interpersonal skills, pro-active and independent working style
