Key Account Manager

Job description

Join Allianz Partners to help leading financial and travel partners launch high‑impact solutions. You’ll blend business development, project implementation, and account management to grow key accounts, deliver campaigns, and unlock new opportunities.

 

Job Summary
Own end‑to‑end account growth and delivery: research and qualify opportunities, shape sales and marketing strategies, implement projects, and build trusted client relationships that drive retention, upsell, and long‑term value.

 

Key Responsibilities

Account Management (70%)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships
  • Understand client needs and align solutions to deliver measurable value
  • Develop account plans to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular, insight‑driven reporting
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations

Implementation (30%)

  • Lead onboarding and implementation of products/services for new and existing clients
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Provide training and support during rollouts; troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Document implementation processes and feedback for continuous improvement

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years in account management, client services, business development, or implementation
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work cross‑functionally
  • Proficient with CRM and project management tools
  • Fluency in Thai and English

 

Nice to have (not required)

  • Exposure to insurance, travel, or financial industries
  • Familiarity with non‑life insurance products
  • Experience in SaaS or service‑based environments
  • Own car is an advantage
  • Data Analysis skills

 

Key Working Relationships

  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders (clients and customers)
  • Report to the Head of Financial and Travel Alternative Segment
