Role overview

We are looking for a Business Transformation Consultant in Business Transformation (m/f/d) for our modern and innovative location: Allianz Services, Barcelona. As a Consultant in the Transformation Office, you will support strategic initiatives aimed at driving operational excellence, digitalization, and process optimization across Allianz. You will work closely with other project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of transformation programs.

The project is entering an exciting kick-off phase, giving you the unique opportunity to drive impact in a global build initiative. You will work closely with and provide direct support to the Business Owner in the payments and collections area, contributing to project coordination, preparation of deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers exceptional exposure to strategic decision-making, innovative solution development, and the end-to-end lifecycle of a global product launch.

What you do:

• Prepare, review, and consolidate project documentation, presentations, and reports.
• Capture, validate, and maintain business requirements; ensure traceability and alignment with project scope and deliverables.
• Drive and coordinate project meetings, ensuring clear agendas, timely follow-ups, and actionable outcomes.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, maintain alignment on project objectives, and manage expectations effectively.
• Collect inputs from various workstreams, consolidate updates, and maintain accurate project status dashboards.
• Support identification and escalation of risks and issues impacting timelines or scope.

What you bring:

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to work in Agile teams and sprints.
• Experience in stakeholder management across multiple teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and project tracking tools.
• Experience in working with Jira and confluence.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
