Your Role
Team Provider Invoice Management Team handles the payment of service provider invoices and rebilling of costs to clients in the Roadside Assistance, Medical Assistance, Health and Travel Health sectors, MMDR , EW vehicles . Your responsibility is to pay providers and business units properly and promptly and to ensure that costs are rebilled on to clients
Responsibility
· Payment of service provider invoices in ACM
· Payment of invoices of the business units and OEs in ACM
· Verification of outgoing payments in GRP
· Rebilling the costs to the customers
· Clarification of special cases with accounting and partner network
· Processing of requests from providers in the mailbox
· Communication with providers by e-mail
Skill
· In addition to your completed education, you ideally have
professional experience in the insurance industry or have already gained experience in accounting.
· You are familiar with the use of a computer.
· Excel at user level
· You are quick to familiarize yourself with new programs and processes.
· You have an affinity for numbers and very good analytical skills.
· Spanish level C1 –B2 written and spoken, is a must.
· English Level B2 written & spoken and further language skills would be beneficial.
· Your strengths include communication and the ability to work in a team.
