What you do

AI-Driven Tender Response Automation:

Objective: Develop and implement AI tools to optimize the process of generating and tailoring tender responses efficiently.

How: The intern will assist in establishing a process to input incoming tender requests into an AI tool. This tool will:

Analyze each request and align it with our existing templates.
Recommend the most suitable responses and highlight areas where our standard value propositions may require modification.
Create a draft response in our preferred format, saving time and ensuring consistency.
Function as a quick reference guide for our sales team to access standard content on specific topics (internal wiki).

Further Ideas: Utilize the tool to coordinate content review and updates collaboratively with subject matter experts.

Refreshing the Tender Resource Library:

Objective: Update and restructure our current tender library to create a more accessible and user-friendly resource hub.

How: The intern could assist in reorganizing the library, transforming it into a wiki-style knowledge base that seamlessly integrates with the AI tool. This would include:

- - - Updating legacy templates and organizing resources to improve accessibility
    - Developing a comprehensive collection of sales kits with updated pitches, videos, and materials in local languages
    - Assisting in effectively presenting these resources to local teams

Further Ideas: We could develop training modules or quick reference guides to help new team members and sales colleagues quickly become proficient. This resource would be dynamic, evolving to meet our changing needs.

What you bring

The ideal candidate should have the following skills and qualities:

Academic background:

- Student in a relevant field such as computer science, artificial intelligence, marketing, information management, or a related field.

Technical skills in AI:

- Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools and technologies, particularly those used for process automation.
- Ability to work with data analysis and natural language processing (NLP) tools.

Content management skills:

- Experience or interest in managing and organizing content libraries.
- Ability to modernize and structure resources in an efficient and accessible manner.

Communication skills:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills to collaborate with sales teams and subject matter experts.
- Ability to present ideas and solutions in a clear and compelling manner.

Project management skills:

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Organizational skills to plan and execute modernization initiatives.
