Training Coordinator with German

Job role
Be a key part of a team delivering great experience to employees by supporting as a Training Management Coordinator to a Learning and Development team located around the globe. This includes onsite as well as face to face trainings and the respective and related organizational matters.
What you will do
1. On-site and Online Learning Program Management:
- Manage logistics for learning programs from start to finish, including bus bookings and coordinating any changes during the program, choosing restaurants or catering for festive dinners and booking taxis if needed
- Utilize German language skills to support line with response times for candidates arriving in Munich
2. Training Administration:
- Oversee end-to-end training administration, including SuccessFactors management tasks such as creating items, scheduling classes, adjusting user learning activities, and uploading mass attendance reports.
3. Invoicing Administration:
- Manage end-to-end invoicing processes for both internal and external trainings.
- Track P&L by completing necessary lines in accordance with invoice processing.
- Support contracting and monthly charging of participants.
- Handle communication and invites for ongoing learning programs.
4. Inbox and General Training Support:
- Manage inbox and provide support on general training matters, including reporting needs, system walkthroughs, troubleshooting, participant lists, cancellations, and reschedule requests from vendors.
- Investigate first-level support questions, determine if they can be resolved by HRS, and escalate to second-level support if necessary.
- Address internal queries related to billing, participants, and invoices.
5. Process Governance:
- Design, draft, and update process governance documents as needed, including process maps, RACI matrices, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
What you bring
- Extensive experience in training administration, SuccessFactors knowledge is considered a plus
- Experience with comprehensive invoice process and end to end training administration
- We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team.
You have
- Fluent in German, strong English language skills is considered a plus
- Good command of Microsoft Office products (especially Excel)
- Ability to connect with multiple stakeholders and get his/her tasks done with independence
- Strong team player
