Job role
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Productivity Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing savings initiatives, promoting efficiency, optimizing budgets, and monitoring performance to drive sustained productivity improvements across the organization.
What you will do
- Analyze and challenge existing cost-saving measures.
- Identify new opportunities for financial savings and efficiency gains.
- Encourage business units to seek productivity improvements and gains.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization
- Work with departments to streamline expenses.
- Challenge teams to reallocate resources effectively for maximum impact
- Establish productivity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress based on agreed models with business functions.
- Monitor and report financial savings from productivity initiatives.
- Ensure clear understanding and accountability of savings efforts.

You have
- Min 3 years work experience within Productivity tasks, ideally in an international matrix organization.
- Experienced in the application of systems that are relevant for Productivity analyst tasks, e.g. SAP FI-CO/BW, SNOW, etc.
- Ability to work fully independently and solve complex problems or situations based on multiple sources of information
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally (mostly Germany)
