The Role:
The role is to contribute to the roll out of the new customer service model by providing support on strategic projects : implementation and developments of IT solutions, deployment and harmonization of customer service processes. Reports to the group customer service manager.
Main Tasks:
· Data analysis : provide accurate customer data analysis relative to all the Business Units (usage of IT tool and Excel)
· KPIs analysis : analyse new indicators within process mining platform
· International stakeholders interactions : be in contact with group and international departments regarding to the group customer service projects
· Teams meetings : participate to the internal team meetings with deck contribution
· New omnichannel platform : improvement of the usage by customer service teams
· Support to project management tasks
Profile:
· Sense of customer service and business
· Good communication skills
· Multicultural relationship skills
· Analytic skills, at ease with data (usage of Excel)
· Office package with good command of power point
· Comfortable with IT platforms, BI and collaborative tools
· English spoken
