Job Summary
Supporting the department in performing data entry for e-invoice project.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist and support in data collection
· Assist in searching for Tax Identification Number (TIN) from IRBM and update the TIN in system
· Provides constant review and feedback and making sure the task are completed within deadline
· Any other duties as and when deemed necessary
Key Requirements
· Candidates possessing or pursuing a Diploma in Business Admin or any field are encourage to apply. Secondary school graduate with a keen on learning are also encourage.
· Team player, good interpersonal and communications skills
· Candidate is required to be be computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
· Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
