Department Description & Job Purpose 


We are currently looking for an experienced professional to join our Customer Solutions and Account Management Team (m/f/d) serving as the support function team for our Account Management Team by being the link between our internal customers and our global operations while taking care of the needs of our customers, assisting them on their onboarding story and much more.

 

Key responsibilities

 
•    Support our Key Account Management 
o    Operate as contact point for our internal clients

o    Tracking and Updating of Pipeline and customer life cycle
o    Support preparation of pitching material and presentations
•    Support in client onboarding

o    Organize and explain to the client the customer onboarding
o    Organize Contracting 
o    Prepare and support review meetings and prepare minutes

o    Independently research trainings on the intranet and internet for trend topics 
•    Coordinate client demands 
o    Deal with ad hoc requests and complaints

o    Tracking and utilization of trainer data, feedback results for trainings etc.
•    Other administrative and organizational support
•    Ad hoc conceptual and administrative support for current projects

 

Key requirements

 

•    Good project management skills
•    2-5 years’ experience in Sales, Project Management, Client Support,
•    Very advanced in MS Office applications (especially in PPT and Excel)
•    Basic knowledge in MS SharePoint and MS Dynamics
•    Fluent in English, including excellent writing skills, good level in German, French a plus.
•    Independent working style with strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
•    Autonomous, self-driven, and owns the topics
•    Strong team player with good communication skills. 
•    You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to  6 months in full-time (38h/week)
