We are excited to offer an internship opportunity for a Learning and Development enthusiast, with collaborative mindset and learning aptitude to join our Learning and Talent Development team. The position is in the Global Learning and Development Team, working closely with the Global Learning Partner with the responsibility to build and develop our Function. As an intern, you will support our team in program development and scheduling, data analytics, and stakeholder management. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in the field of learning and talent development, allowing you to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

 

Department Description
Learning and Development Team of Allianz Services is responsible for all skilling initiatives across the organization. We work closely with our stakeholders from business, and location L&D teams to develop learning solutions that will respond to the strategic priorities of the organization. 

 

Key Responsibilities
•    Work closely with the Learning and Talent Development team to schedule and coordinate training programs, workshops, and related events.
•    Assist in managing program logistics, including creating and publishing program schedules by email and in learning platforms (LMS), releasing timely communication, managing participant registrations up until feedback publishing.
•    Manage the group inbox, intranet communication and engagement with multiple stakeholders, maintaining effective communication across various locations and ensuring seamless information exchange.
•    Conduct research to support an evidence-based approach, bringing in best practices and sharing the latest scientific data to inform program design and enhance decision-making processes.
•    Contribute to the design and development of training programs by proactively identifying opportunities, collaborating with subject matter experts and incorporating innovative learning methodologies to meet organizational needs.
•    Assist in the development of data-driven reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to improve the performance of the function.
•    Help maintain and update data repositories and learning platforms to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information.

 

Key Requirements
•    You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week)

•    Requirement for internship and working student positions is the enrollment in a university – or (for an internship) a gap year.
