Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated intern to join our Global Performance & Reward Team in the People Function. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various aspects of performance management, compensation planning, and employee rewards within a global organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while working closely with professionals in the field.

 

What you do

  • You will create communication material and update our intranet site around total rewards, global mobility and performance management processes.
  • You will support the development and maintenance of compensation structures.
  • You will conduct market research and analyze salary benchmarking data.
  • You will help to harmonize compensation and performance management processes across all our locations.
  • You will collaborate with the global team to evaluate and improve existing reward programs, such as employee recognition initiatives, benefits packages, and incentive schemes.

 

What you bring

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent attention to details, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive attitude and self-motivation with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team's success.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written), German is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use
  • You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 6 to 12 months in full-time (38h/week)
