Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated intern to join our Global Performance & Reward Team in the People Function. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various aspects of performance management, compensation planning, and employee rewards within a global organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while working closely with professionals in the field.
What you do
- You will create communication material and update our intranet site around total rewards, global mobility and performance management processes.
- You will support the development and maintenance of compensation structures.
- You will conduct market research and analyze salary benchmarking data.
- You will help to harmonize compensation and performance management processes across all our locations.
- You will collaborate with the global team to evaluate and improve existing reward programs, such as employee recognition initiatives, benefits packages, and incentive schemes.
What you bring
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent attention to details, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive attitude and self-motivation with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team's success.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written), German is a plus
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use
- You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 6 to 12 months in full-time (38h/week)
