Job Summary
Actively contribute to various secretarial duties and functions.
Key Responsibilities
· Study and research relevant industry corporate governance practices/disclosure and regulations to enhance relevant policies/guidelines/procedures/reports of the Company.
· Assist in meeting related arrangement.
· Assist in projects.
· Liaising with Directors on administration matters.
· Any other tasks as assigned by the superiors.
Key Requirements
· Currently pursuing / possess a Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, ICSA or equivalent.
· Proficient in word processing, particularly with Microsoft Word.
· Good working attitude and a keen willingness to learn.
· Great interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge (theory / practical) in Companies Act 2016 and corporate secretarial practice is an added advantage.
· Period of internship: January 2025 to March/April 2025
