GROUP COMMERCIAL CONTROLLING - APPRENTICESHIP (W/M)

You will be part of the Group Commercial Controlling team. Our mission is to guide the Regions in the reporting process and to provide consolidated key commercial figures to the top management for further strategic decision making.  

Your main contribution will be to support the commercial & distribution team – providing consolidated view of the Broker, Direct sales force and bank portfolio and their variations (new business, cancelled business, other variations, vs previous year and budget, etc.). 

Main Missions

This role is fully English and your main tasks will be: 

• Monitor periodic (monthly, quarterly) reporting process of the Regions by preparing reports from SAP BFC, Salesforce and MicroStrategy 

• Refine and enhance commercial reporting process (data preparation and reports) 

• Execute any ad hoc analysis request raised by the business 

• Assist the team to coordinate with Regional Commercial Controllers 

Requirements 

Your profile and experience will ideally contain: 

• Studies in Finances, Controlling, Accounting 

• First successful internship in Controlling or Corporate Finance 

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VBA.  

• Knowing SAP BFC, Salesforce, MicroStrategy, or any Business Intelligence platform are ideal 

• Structured and detail-oriented mindset in order to produce qualitative, yet easy to read and understand reports 

• Strong communication and representation skills 

• Ability to listen and collaborate in an effective way 

• Fluent English (both spoken and written), French is a plus 

• International and curious mindset  

• Hands on attitude, not afraid of bringing up new ideas
