Fund Lifecycle Specialist (f/m/d) - Limited to 24 months

Join us now as Fund Lifecycle Specialist in Europe within the Fund Setup team.

In this role, you will be responsible for support the planning and implementation of product initiatives on our European fund range as well as supporting strategic management processes. This considers new product launches, changes in the existing product range (e.g. changes to product specifics), consolidations (e.g. mergers, liquidations) as well as regulatory and internally driven change initiatives. 

What you will do 

• Contact person for internal and external partners regarding product and change management initiatives.
• Preparation and implementation of regulatory documents required for product development and product lifecycle management (e.g. preparation of prospectuses, shareholder communication, merger plans, etc.).
• Contribution to regulatory and internally required project initiatives.
• Client Data Management with various internal and external data vendors. 
• Acting as interface between internal teams, including Operations, Finance, Legal, Products, Investments and Distribution, as well as service providers and regulatory authorities.
• Support of change process initiatives on a project basis.  
• Ensuring execution in compliance with internal governance standards and regulatory requirements. 

What you bring  

• 3–5 years' asset management experience, focusing on fund setup and lifecycle.
• Knowledge of the regulatory requirements for various investment funds.
• Degree in business, finance, law, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships in an international environment.
• Careful attention to accuracy and detail in fund documentation/data.
• Self-motivated with initiative, creative problem-solving.
• Experience with AI developments and solutions.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Word and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and German, written and spoken.
