We are looking for a Productivity Specialist (m/f/d) based in Munich or Madrid.

 

Your Team

Productivity Management provides a framework for setting and tracking of productivity-related targets across the core insurance value chain. We work closely with Finance, HR, LPM – and all business functions – to ensure clear ownership, accountability and the embedding of a productivity mindset across the business.

Additionally, it supports RP implementation by ensuring accurate financial management, tracking progress quarterly, and addressing risks and opportunities to achieve plan goals.

 

The Impact You Will Have

The Productivity Specialist will be part of the Global Productivity team in Allianz Commercial responsible for supporting to set up and support driving methodologies, metrics, processes and systems used to monitor and manage the productivity of the enterprise and to monitor execution. The focus is on helping to translate strategically directed information to operational plans.

Furthermore, the position holder will support in developing all needed productivity metrics in Allianz Commercial along the value chain and will be helping to provide the input for Strategic and Planning Dialogues with Allianz Group.

 

Some of your specific responsibilities could include: 

  • Develop models and tools to assess operational performance, supporting regional EMT steering and global functions
  • Collaborate with teams to define and maintain key performance indicators and metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives
  • Facilitate productivity reporting to the Allianz Commercial board and relevant stakeholders, maintaining awareness of stakeholder needs
  • Identify improvement opportunities aligned with Allianz Commercial strategy, engaging with business functions to validate and optimize proposals
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor in operational performance management, collaborating effectively with senior management and team members
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset and agile approach, achieving high business impact and stakeholder satisfaction through lean solutions

 

What You’ll Bring to the Role

  • University degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
  • Strong experience in a finance and data-focused role, preferably within the P&C insurance sector
  • Proven track record in developing models and tools for assessing operational performance at various organizational levels
  • Strong ability to define, maintain, and collaborate on key performance indicators and metrics, ensuring they align with strategic goals
  • Ability to identify improvement opportunities in alignment with company strategy and engage with business functions to validate and optimize proposals
  • Demonstrated capability to act as a trusted advisor, working closely with senior management and team members to drive operational performance and productivity
  • A basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its potential applications in business is essential
  • Proactive, self-motivated individual capable of working independently, with strong communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
