What Will You Do?

 

Depending on your expertise, you will:

·  Develop and maintain data processes and reporting systems, providing insightful analysis.
·  Streamline processes related to data analysis, actuarial models, and control frameworks.
·  Enhance business communication tools to deliver clear insights to stakeholders.
·  Actively participate in committees, linking portfolio analysis to practical applications.
·  Engage in projects, including M&A, process improvements, and new technology implementations.

 

Who Are We Looking For?

 

We are looking for someone who is proactive and pragmatic, with a successful track record in project execution and enthusiasm for working in a multicultural, regional setting. A master’s degree in actuarial science or a related quantitative field is essential, along with in-depth knowledge of IFRS17 and Solvency II. You should have relevant experience in actuarial reporting or similar roles and possess strong stakeholder management skills, from board members to colleagues. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Dutch and/or French is considered a plus. Proficiency in coding (Python, C++, WTW RA FM) for data analysis and actuarial modeling is essential, while experience in automating insurance data flows and creating visual data dashboards is advantageous. An actuarial certification (AAG/IABE or equivalent) is also a plus.
