Reporting to the Head of Organizational Management of Allianz Services Mauritius, your main responsibilities as Demand Management Consultant (IT and Non-IT) consist of:

 

·  Acting as Single Pint of Contact (SPOC) for the central Allianz Services Demand and CIO function.
·  Assisting the Business in following implemented rules and processes to serve new demand.
·  Ensuring Business and IT Alignment.
·  Translating AZ Standards and AZS Strategy from an IT standpoint to local COO.
·  Conducting upcoming Strategic projects and participating in the management of cross-organizational projects.
·  Driving Local Change Management.
·  Conductive Active communication and coordination with the Business to enable change.
·  Assessing independently new IT solutions and services.
·  Steering IT costs efficiently and will be the connect to the local IT controlling.
·  Understanding, challenging and improving IT workstation services that aligns Business with efficiency cost utilization, IT security and reduction of complexity.
·  Driving the Service Management Process locally.

 

Key requirements and skills :

·  Knowledge and application of Project Management standards/methodologies.
·  Technical knowledge of various platforms and services (workplace, collaboration tools, MS Office suite, MS Infrastructure Services, Databased, Legacy systems).
·  Good understanding of IT operational processes, IT infrastructure components and complex IT applications and their relationship with infrastructure.
·  Contribute to budgeting and cost controlling processes.
·  Ability to express ideas and messages clearly, both written and verbally, in English and Frech.
·  Ability to sell
·  Ability to understand and interpret business needs and associated technical requirements.
·  Proficient in MS Office suite.

 
Qualifications and experience :


·  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Business Law or graduated from Business School.
·  3-5 years of relevant experience ideally in project management and/or financial sector.
·  Experience in participating projects / tasks in a global environment with exposure to IT projects.
·  Allianz experience of advantage.
