Allianz Trade Nordic Commercial Underwriting team is looking for a new colleague on a temporary position for 2 years. This is a great career development opportunity

if you are interested in driving business profitability, managing projects and collaborating with colleagues across various departments and organizational levels. You will be based in Stockholm.

 

Key responsibilities/What you do

·  Drive long-term quality and profitability of customer portfolio
·  Support business development by finding solutions that fit customers’ needs
·  Responsible for implementation of the Commercial Underwriting rules in Nordics
·  Facilitate business development by providing Distribution team with product solutions in frame of Commercial Underwriting rules
·  Provide training programs on the technical aspects of the product range and Commercial Underwriting rules to Distribution team
·  Contribute to projects, and potentially manage team projects: define the scope of project, plan, execute, monitor and control
·  Prepare reports on portfolio performance and carry out internal audits for Local, Regional and Global teams

 

Key requirements/What you bring

Market knowledge:

·  Know-how in OE market specifics

Business expertise:

·  Experience in insurance or financial background
·  Analytical mindset
·  Bachelor’s degree in Business studies or equivalent

 

Interpersonal skills:

·  Customer-focus
·  Team player with ability to interact with all levels of the organization and build relationship across the company
·  'Can do' attitude focused on results
·  Ability to influence
·  Proactive and solution driven mind-set
·  Attention to detail – high level required
·  Ability to balance commercial interests and strict standards regarding quality of portfolio when structuring terms, price and conditions

 

 

Additional Skills:

·  Good numeracy and business writing skills
·  1-2 years sales or customer service experience
·  Good working use of Microsoft Office, and interest to learn our internal tools
