Job Title: Customer & Sales Support

Location: Long Crendon

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8.00 am to 4.45 pm, and Fridays 8.00 am to 3.30 pm

Responsibilities:

·  Process customer orders and issue pro-forma invoices/invoices

·  Act as the first point of contact, providing product information and options to meet customer needs

·  Handle sample requests and follow-up calls to determine customer requirements

·  Resolve any issues or queries related to the supply of goods

·  Contact customers regarding unpaid invoices and address any concerns

·  Handle monies received and maintain customer database/records

·  Assist with general administration duties, including supporting accounts with statements, overdue reminders, and copy invoices

·  Provide cover for colleagues when necessary

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

·  Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

·  Strong focus on customer and sales support

·  Computer literate, with proficiency in Excel and Word

·  Numerically literate with good attention to detail

·  Good organisational skills

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

·  Knowledge of Sage software
