Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Wickford

Remuneration: Competitive salary +

Contract Details: Full-time, permanent position

Are you ready to join a dynamic and fast-paced warehouse team?

Responsibilities:

·  Efficiently pick orders using handheld scanners and follow picking instructions provided.

·  Pack orders accurately and ensure they are prepared for shipment in a timely manner.

·  Receive and unload incoming goods, checking for damages and verifying the accuracy of deliveries.

·  Organise and maintain inventory levels, ensuring stock is labelled correctly and stored in the designated areas.

·  Collaborate with colleagues and their team to ensure a smooth and efficient warehouse operation.

·  Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work environment.

·  Assist in stocktaking activities as required.

Skills:

·  Proven experience in order picking and packing is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.

·  Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

·  Strong organisational skills to effectively manage inventory.

·  Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

·  Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
